Keto Pancakes

These keto pancakes with cream cheese are super easy to make.  Just blend the ingredients in a blender cup and put into a hot pan.  No hand mixing or dirty bowls to wash!  I added lemon for an extra flavor boost!

Instructions

  • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and spray with cooking spray
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until mixed
  • pour enough batter to make each pancake approximately 4 inches across
  • Brown on both sides and serve hot with sugar free syrup
