- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3-5 Tablespoons Sugar free maple syrup (or 3 Tablespoons Powdered Swerve)
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¾ Cup Heavy cream
- ¾ Cup Water
- ½ Cup Chia seeds
In a medium size sauce pan, over medium-high heat, combine all your ingredients.
Make sure to whisk continuously to combine all the ingredients and to not scorch the bottom of the pan.
Cook for about 5 minutes or until your ingredients begin to thicken and the chia seeds get soft.
Serve. Adjust sweetness and top with blueberries, if desired
