Basic Chaffle:
- 1 Large Egg, Beaten
- ½ Cup Shredded Mozarella Cheese
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Jalapeno:
- 1 Large Egg, beaten
- ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon diced jalapeños
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Everything Bagel:
- 1 Large Egg, beaten
- ½ Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Everything bagel seasoning
Start off with preheating your waffle maker. In a medium size mixing bowl add your egg, mozzarella cheese, and add the ingredients for which ever chaffle you’re making and mix together.
Spray the inside of your waffle maker with cooking spray and pour half of your chaffle mix inside. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown (the longer it cooks, the crispier it gets) Repeat same process with remaining mixture. Serve.
