Keto Peanut Butter Fudge

Calling all peanut butter lovers! If you have a sweet tooth for peanut butter then this 4 ingredient fudge is just the treat for you! Decadently rich in flavor without all the sugar!

Instructions

  • Line the inside of a 8x4 loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving the edges long enough to pull fudge out once it's set. Spray with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Place peanut butter and butter inside a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minutes or until butter is melted and peanut butter is soft enough to mix.
  • To the peanut butter and butter, stir in the heavy heavy cream and sweetener. Stir until all ingredients are combined equally and there are no lumps.
  • Pour fudge mixture inside already prepared loaf pan. Chill in refrigerator until fudge is set. Should take about a hour. Slice into 14 equal portions and serve. Keep stored in the refrigerator or freezer.

Notes

  • Use peanut butter with the only ingredients being peanuts and maybe salt
  • If you do not like to use a microwave, you can place the mixing bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until the peanut butter and butter are melted.
  • If you have a peanut aversion or allergy, you can also use almond butter
