Keto Peanut Butter Fudge

Line the inside of a 8x4 loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving the edges long enough to pull fudge out once it's set. Spray with cooking spray and set aside.
Place peanut butter and butter inside a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minutes or until butter is melted and peanut butter is soft enough to mix.
To the peanut butter and butter, stir in the heavy heavy cream and sweetener. Stir until all ingredients are combined equally and there are no lumps.
Pour fudge mixture inside already prepared loaf pan. Chill in refrigerator until fudge is set. Should take about a hour. Slice into 14 equal portions and serve. Keep stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Use peanut butter with the only ingredients being peanuts and maybe salt
- If you do not like to use a microwave, you can place the mixing bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until the peanut butter and butter are melted.
- If you have a peanut aversion or allergy, you can also use almond butter
