- 4 ounces cooked chicken breast, chopped
- ¼ Cup Buffalo Sauce
- 2 Cups chopped romaine
- â…“ Cup halved cherry tomatoes
- ¼ Cup crumbled bleu cheese
- 1 small piece of red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- ¼ Cup shredded carrot
- ¼ Avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Greek Yogurt Ranch or your favorite ranch dressing
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the already cooked chicken and buffalo sauce. Toss to coat chicken. Set aside.
In a salad bowl or large plate, begin building your salad. Add in your already chopped romaine lettuce, shredded carrot, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bleu cheese and thinly sliced onion. Next add your chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, top with greek yogurt ranch dressing. Serve and enjoy!
