- 12 Ounces frozen butternut squash cubes
- 1 Red Bell pepper, sliced
- ½ Tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
- 12 Ounces Andouille Sausage (4 links)
Preheat the oven to 400F. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine your veggies, seasonings and avocado oil. Toss to coat.
Spread the seasoned vegetables on the sheet tray. Lay your andouille sausage evenly onto baking sheet in between your veggies. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the sausage reaches an internal temperature of 165F using a problem meat thermometer.
