  • avocado oil cooking spray
  • garlic salt to taste or seasoning of choice
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • For easy cleanup: line your air fryer basket or tray with foil.
  • Pre-heat the air fryer so you get a nice crust on your steak.
  • Coat both sides of the frozen steak with avocado oil cooking spray. Season the steaks on both sides with the seasonings.
  • Add your steak to your air fryer and set temperature to 450F on the air fry setting. Cook steak for 10 minutes, making sure to flip half way through. Use an internal meat thermometer to cook to your desired temperature.
If your air fryer will not go up to 450F, set it to the higher setting. It may need to cook a little longer.
Pull the steaks when they are 10 degrees under temp and then let them rest for 10 minutes.  They will come up to temp as they rest.
