Keto Chicken Salad with Bacon and Avocado

One of my favorite leftover chicken recipes is this keto chicken salad. This mayo free chicken salad recipe is loaded with avocado and bacon...you can even use canned chicken!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cooked chicken breasts, chopped
  • 2 Avocado, chopped
  • 1 Cup Celery, diced
  • 4 slices Cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon Dried dill
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon Fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and toss well to combine.  Serve with lettuce wraps or in a low carb tortilla.
