- ¼ Cup sugar free brown sweetener
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher salt
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- The ingredients will cake together if left to sit. This is from lack of an anti-caking agent. Simply shake the bottle before use.
- If using this on ribs, be sure to remove the silver skin before applying the BBQ rib rub.
- If you want the dry rub on the spicy side, you can kick it up with some cayenne.
