- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cup pizza sauce
- ¼ Cup Diced green bell pepper
- 3 Ounces Pepperoni slices, cut into quarters
- ¼ Cup Sliced black olives (optional)
Preheat the oven to 400F and set aside a small oven safe skillet or an 8x8 baking dish.
Mix the softened cream cheese with the Italian seasoning, half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the parmesan.
Spread this mixture evenly on the bottom of your skillet or baking dish.
Top the cream cheese mixture with the pizza sauce and spread in an even layer.
Top with the rest of the mozzarella and the rest of the parmesan.
Now you can add your green bell pepper, pepperoni and olives on top.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the top is hot and bubbly.
Serve with pork rinds, vegetable sticks or your favorite chip.
