Ingredients

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 pinch fresh ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon liquid stevia

Instructions

  • add all ingredients to a bowl with a lid and stir to combine.  Let refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.  Serve cold
