Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and seeds removed
  • ½ cup packed fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup Mexican crema or sour cream
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • juice of 1 lime
  • teaspoon cayenne
  • ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
