  • 5 slices thick cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 Large eggs, hard cooked, peeled and chopped
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste
