Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large size mixing bowl add softened butter and sweetener. Using either a stand mixer or a hand mixer, cream the butter and sweetener together.
Add in the eggs and the vanilla and continue to mix.
Mix in the almond flour, baking soda, salt and protein powder. Mix until all ingredients are fully combined. Fold in the sugar free chocolate chips.
Use a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop to divide the batter into 22 cookies and place onto 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Place into already preheated oven and bake for 14 minutes. Let cool and serve.
