Chicken Crust Pizza Recipe - Only 3 Ingredients!
This chicken pizza crust is really easy to make and only requires 3 ingredients plus toppings. You will love the delicious flavor and it can be picked up just like a traditional pizza crust. It's a perfect keto dinner!

- 1 Pound Ground Chicken
- ½ Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
- Your favorite pizza toppings
Pre-heat the oven to 400F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. You can also use a pizza pan.
Add the ground chicken, cheese, italian seasoning and salt to a bowl. Mix thoroughly with your hands.
Dump the mixture on the prepared pan and spread into a pizza shape about ¼ inch thick. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. If any liquid bakes out of the crust, you can carefully absorb it with paper towels.
Remove from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings. I added pizza sauce and more cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool slightly. Slice and serve.
- This recipe is enough for 2-3 adults, depending on how hungry you are. Using a ground chicken that is 85% lean, these calories for this crust is 408 for half the crust. If you used a ground chicken that was 93% lean, the calories would be 360 for half the crust.
