Easy Matcha Smoothie

This easy matcha smoothie is filled with antioxidants and health benefits.  Only 4 ingredients for the perfect smoothie!  Uses your favorite frozen fruit, greens, matcha, and nut milk.

  • 1 Cup Frozen chopped kale
  • 1 Cup Frozen fruit (I uses blueberries)
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha green tea powder
  • 3/4 Cup Almond milk (I used unsweetened)
  • Stevia to taste (optional)
  • hemp hearts or Granola for serving


  • Add all items to a blender jar except the hemp hearts and granola.  Blend until smooth.  Pour into 2 cups.
