  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. The mixture should be wet enough to stick together. Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time a roll into a ball. The balls should be 1 ¼ inch in diameter. Refrigerate for 1 hour, if desired. Keep refrigerated or frozen.

Notes

  • Nut free keto desserts: Almond flour can be replaced with sunflower seed flour for a nut free option in any of these recipes.
