  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup pizza sauce
  • ¼ Cup Diced green bell pepper
  • 3 Ounces Pepperoni slices, cut into quarters
  • ¼ Cup Sliced black olives (optional)


  • Preheat the oven to 400F and set aside a small oven safe skillet or an 8x8 baking dish.
  • Mix the softened cream cheese with the Italian seasoning, half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the parmesan.
  • Spread this mixture evenly on the bottom of your skillet or baking dish.
  • Top the cream cheese mixture with the pizza sauce and spread in an even layer.
  • Top with the rest of the mozzarella and the rest of the parmesan.
  • Now you can add your green bell pepper, pepperoni and olives on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the top is hot and bubbly.
  • Serve with pork rinds, vegetable sticks or your favorite chip.


  • To get your cream cheese soft in a hurry, microwave in a microwave safe bowl in 15 second intervals.
  • To make this hot pizza dip even more keto friendly, look for a pizza sauce with the lowest amount of sugar.
