When the dough is cool enough to handle, add in the egg and mix well with your hands or a spatula. Dump the dough onto a piece of parchment paper or silicone baking mat and divide into 6 even pieces.
Press the dough into 6 flat rounds spread evenly apart. Bake in the oven. While the dough is in the oven, make the cream cheese topping by combining the cream cheese, powdered sweetener, and heavy cream in a small bowl.
