Starbuck's Egg Bites
There are some things you should know about the Starbucks egg bites. They are incredibly small but each egg bite is 150 calories for a total of 300 calories per serving. This tells me that they are probably mostly cheese because 1 egg is only 70 calories.
And what do you know, I checked the Starbucks website for the ingredients and this is what I found!
They are called Gruyere and bacon but the first ingredient is cottage cheese. This means that they are mostly cottage cheese, followed by eggs, then a cheese blend including Gruyere and Monterey Jack.
Pro tip:
- Use foil instead or the lids that come with the egg bite molds
- Blend the eggs in a blender for super smooth texture
- Spray the foil with cooking spray so it doesn't stick to the bites

These were easy to make and really good! What else can I use those silicone molds for? Do you have other recipes that work well with these molds?
Donna says
I use my silicone for keto muffins and eggs all the time and no spraying!

These sound so good. Instead of buying the molds, you can scoop out an avocado shell and make guacamole and then use the shell as a mold for the egg mixture. Guac on eggs is muy deliciouso.
