This low carb yogurt bowl is what I make when I want something quick, creamy, and just a little bit indulgent...all without blowing my carbs for the day. The combination of Greek yogurt and freshly whipped cream gives this yogurt bowl a rich texture that feels more like dessert than breakfast. With juicy blueberries and sweet strawberries in every bite, it's the perfect balance of fresh and satisfying.

This low carb yogurt berry bowl is your new favorite easy breakfast.

What I love most about this recipe is how simple it is to throw together with ingredients I almost always have on hand. The sugar free sweetener keeps everything perfectly sweet while still being completely keto friendly, and the heavy cream adds that extra richness that makes it feel special. Whether you enjoy it for breakfast, a quick lunch, or an easy dessert, this yogurt bowl proves that low carb eating can still feel like a treat.

    • Quick and easy to make - ready in just minutes.
    • Low carb and keto friendly - Perfect for staying on track while still enjoying something sweet and satisfying.
    • Rich and creamy texture - The combination of Greek yogurt and whipped cream makes it extra smooth and indulgent.

    • Perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert - Versatile enough to enjoy any time of day.
    • Naturally customizable - Easily swap the berries or add low carb toppings like nuts or sugar free chocolate chips.
    • Meal prep friendly - Make the yogurt mixture and the sweetened berries ahead of time for quick grab-and-go meals.
    • Uses simple, easy-to-find ingredients - Nothing fancy required.
    • No added sugar - Sweetened perfectly with sugar free sweetener.
    • Family friendly - Even non-low carb eaters will love the creamy, sweet flavor.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup Blueberries
    • ½ cup Strawberries chopped
    • 1 tablespoon sugar free granulated sweetener (see my favorite on Amazon) for the berries
    • ¾ cup Heavy cream
    • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
    • 1 ½ cups Plain greek yogurt
    • ⅓ cup Sugar free granulated sweetener for the yogurt

    Method

    1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the berries with the 1 tablespoon of sweetener. Cook for 5-8 minutes, until the berries release their juices. Remove from the heat and set aside.
    2. In a medium sized mixing bowl using an electric mixer, beat the heavy cream, vanilla, and remaining sweetener until stiff peaks form. Fold in the greek yogurt. Divide the mixture between 2 bowls and top with the berries or store the remaining serving in the refrigerator in an airtight container for meal prep.

      Hi Jennifer,

Could I use half and half versus heavy cream? Thanks a bunch. Love your recipes.
      Really enjoy your website.

That would not work. The cream needs to be able to be whipped into stiff peaks.
