Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.

Transfer the chocolate mixture into a freezer-safe storage container with a lid or a loaf pan and cover with Saran Wrap. Freeze for 1-2 hours.

Remove container from the freezer and stir the already frozen edges into the soft center. Cover again and place back into the freezer and let freeze for about 3 hours or until frozen. Remove from the freezer and serve.
