What kind of yogurt is best for frozen yogurt?
Whole milk yogurt is going to give you the best consistency and creaminess when it comes to frozen yogurt. When it comes to the least amount of sugar, you're going to want to use Greek yogurt as it has a lot of the whey strained out and that's where a lot of the carbs can be found. You could also use plain Icelandic skyr. For a less tangy flavor, use a skyr.
