These keto chocolate nut cluster are the perfect chocolatey, crunchy snack! Full of Pecans, walnuts, and almonds...this sugar free snack is just what you need when you want something sweet.

Chocolate should have it's own food group if you ask me.  I am so in love with these keto chocolate nut clusters that I have to keep them in the freezer so I always have a quick snack whenever I get hungry and need chocolate.  The best part is they are only 100 calories each!

Which sugar free chocolate chips are best?

I have to admit that I haven't tried many brands of sugar free chocolate chips.  I think the gold standard is Lily's brand and that's what I have been using for years.  The taste great and they can be found in a lot of different stores, as well as online.  There are many brands though, so I would urge you to try some others out and see if you like them better!

How to make the best keto chocolate nut clusters

    • Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a large sized microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Remove from the microwave and stir the chocolate chips. Microwave for 30 seconds more. Remove from the microwave and stir. Microwave in 10 seconds increments until there are only a few chocolate chips left to melt. Continue to stir until all remaining chips are melted.
    • Add the hemp hearts, chopped nuts, and powdered sweetener to the melted chocolate chips. Mix until all your ingredients are combined evenly.
    • Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Use a 1 tablespoon food scoop to dish out the mixture into 36 clusters. Alternatively you can use a 1 tablespoon measure and a small silicone spatula to evenly distribute the mixture.
    • Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until the clusters are frim. Serve. Store in an air tight container.

Just made these by spraying cupcake pans with coconut oil spray, and using black walnuts instead of English walnuts. Soooo good!Thank you for the recipe.
