Using protein powder in baked goods and desserts is a great way to boost your overall protein intake. My favorite kind is Premier Protein's Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder, but if the brand isn't available to you, look for one that's low in carbs. These are the perfect little sweet bite!

Protein bites that actually taste good.
Be careful or you will want to eat these all in one sitting.
Having healthy snacks easily accessibly makes staying on plan that much easier. These protein bites can live in your refrigerator or freezer so you have a healthy snack available at all times.
- Have 1 or 2 or 3 for an easy snack, dessert, or breakfast.
- Keep a batch handy in the fridge or freezer at all times for quick access.
- The perfect little sweet bite!

Tip: Hitting your 20–30g protein per meal goal helps you stay full and supports muscle.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups almond flour (see my favorite on Amazon)
- ⅓ cup vanilla protein powder, see notes
- 3 tablespoons sugar free granulated sweetener (see my favorite on Amazon)
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup creamy sugar free almond butter
- ¼ cup half and half, see notes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup Sugar free Chocolate Chips (Click here to see my favorite brand)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, sweetener, and salt. mix in the almond butter, half and half, vanilla, and chocolate chips until well combined. The batter will be very thick, so you may need to mix with your hands.
- Transfer the mixture in an 8x8-inch (20cm x 20cm) baking dish and press into a single layer with your hands. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until completely set. Cut into 16 squares.
Notes
- Protein powder - I like the brand Premier Protein but any brand should work with this recipe.
- Half and half - this is an American product consisting of half milk and half cream.
