Using protein powder in baked goods and desserts is a great way to boost your overall protein intake. My favorite kind is Premier Protein’s Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder, but if the brand isn’t available to you, look for one that’s low in carbs. These are the perfect little sweet bite!

Protein bites that actually taste good.

Be careful or you will want to eat these all in one sitting.

Having healthy snacks easily accessibly makes staying on plan that much easier. These protein bites can live in your refrigerator or freezer so you have a healthy snack available at all times.

  • Have 1 or 2 or 3 for an easy snack, dessert, or breakfast.
  • Keep a batch handy in the fridge or freezer at all times for quick access.
  • The perfect little sweet bite!

Notes

  • Protein powder – I like the brand Premier Protein but any brand should work with this recipe.
  • Half and half – this is an American product consisting of half milk and half cream.
