Ingredients needed

Crust 1 1/2 Cups almond flour 1/4 Cup keto friendly sweetener 1 teaspoon cinnamon 6 tablespoons melted butter Filling 48 ounces softened cream cheese 2 cups powdered keto sweetener 5 room temperature large eggs 8 ounces room temperature sour cream 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Combine crust ingredients and press them in a 10 inch by 4 inch springform pan.  Refrigerate for 10 minutes

Combine the filling ingredients being sure to not over mix.  Make sure all of your ingredients are room temperature! Pour the filling into the pan with the crust
