- ½ cup reduced fat cottage cheese
- ⅓ cup reduced fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon pickle juice
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 17 ounces cooked chicken breast diced or shredded
- ½ cup cashews
- ½ cup diced celery
- salt and pepper to taste
