Fast Food Pickles
Make your own fast food pickles at home in less than 15 minutes. They are ready to eat immediately and taste just like those famous pickles without having to go through the drive thru!
- 4-6 small Cucumbers, Sliced Thin
- ½ cup Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon Dried dill
Put the sliced pickles in a 32 ounce mason jar followed by the vinegar and salt. Fill the jar within 1 inch of the top with water.
Pour the liquid from the pickles into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
Pour the liquid back over the pickles, followed by the dried dill. Stir gently.
Let cool completely on the counter. Place the lid and refrigerate for up to 2 months.
