 In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond flour, granular sweetener and melted butter. Stir until all ingredients are combined. Pour the crust mixture into dish. Using your fingers begin to spread and press the mixture down making an even crust. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven to cool.

 In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sweetener with an electric mixer until smooth. Add in the eggs and vanilla and beat for 1 minute more. Finally, add in the sour cream until fully combined. Pour the mixture into the crust and smooth evenly.

Place into already preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool on the counter for about an hour, then place into refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Slice into 16 equal slices.
