Ingredients needed for the Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies: almond flour granulated sweetener Baking soda Kosher salt butter or coconut oil Eggs Vanilla Extract Chocolate Chips Ingredient amounts are available in US and metric units.

Pre-heat oven to 350F (175C) and line sheet pans with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to stir in the butter, eggs, and vanilla. Fold in the chocolate chips. Reserve a little for the tops of the cookies.

Scoop cookies onto the lined baking sheets. Use clean fingers to flatten out the tops. Top with the reserved chocolate chips.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. The edges and tops will begin to brown.
