- ⅓ cup Keto honey substitute
- ¼ cup soy sauce or tamari
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste or minced fresh ginger
- 6 1 inch thick boneless pork chops
Preheat the oven to 400F. whisk together all of the ingredients, except the pork chops, in a small mixing bowl.
Place the pork chops in a 9x13 baking dish in a single layer. Pour all of the marinade over the pork chops and let sit for 15 minutes, flipping the pork chops halfway through.
Bake the pork chops uncovered for 20 minutes, or until an internal meat thermometer reads 145F. If you would like the pork chops browned, place them under the broiler for a few minutes until desired color is reached.
