Ingredients

  • 7 Ounces plain fat free Greek Yogurt
  • Cup half and half
  • 2 Tablespoons White wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoons Dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon Dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl combine greek yogurt, half/half and white wine vinegar. Stir to combine all the ingredients. Add in your garlic powder, dried parsley, dried dill, chives, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine all your ingredients.
  • Store in an air-tight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week. Makes 10, 2 tablespoon servings.

Notes

    • To use fresh herbs, use 3 times as much dried herbs as the recipe calls for.
    • If you're using dried herbs, make the low calorie salad dressing the day before you need it to give the herbs some time to re-hydrate.
