Air Fryer Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 Pound Top Sirloin steak, cut into 1.5 inch cubes

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine kosher salt, garlic powder, black pepper, worcestershire sauce and avocado oil. Add your steak cubes to your mixing bowl and toss to coat.
  • Spray the inside of your air fryer basket with cooking spray or line with foil and add in your steak cubes. Cook steak at 400F for 5 minutes. Open the basket or tray and shake to make sure to brown all sides of your steak. Cook for 10 minutes more or until desired doneness. Serve.

Notes

If you have time, let the steak bites marinate for 15 minutes to 1 hour for maximum flavor.
