- 1 pound white fish filets cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 ounce packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- ½ cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 small low-carb tortillas
Pat the fish pieces dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl. Toss with the taco seasoning.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper for easier cleanup, if desired. Pour the seasoned fish into the air fryer basket and air fry at 400F for 8-10 minutes.
While the fish is cooking, assemble the slaw. Combine the cabbage, cilantro, mayo, and lime juice in a large bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the tacos by layering the cooked fish and slaw in the tortillas. Serve with extra lime wedges on the side.
