Make your own homemade keto taco seasoning with simple ingredients right in your own pantry! Who say's you need to hit your local store to bring the fiesta to your kitchen!

    keto taco seasoning

What can I say about keto taco seasoning and how can it be different than any other taco seasoning?

I am so glad you asked because there are some difference and if you are looking to eat as clean and sugar free as possible, then making your own keto taco seasoning may be for you.

I am a strong advocate for eating whatever you want on keto and there are foods I eat on keto that some people don't.  I am also one who likes to tweak as I go and I sometimes like to clean up my foods, especially if it is made easily at home.

This simple recipe only requires 6 ingredients and I think it is very tasty.

    taco seasoning ingredients

So back to the difference.  Store bought taco seasonings have ingredients including potato starch, silicon dioxide, cornstarch, corn maltodextrin, vegetable oil, and sugar.

So if you have a chance, it is really really easy to make your own and avoid those filler ingredients.
