I’ve made this recipe several times and love how delicious and simple it is. I cut mine into 16 pieces instead of 12 and this is plenty for when I want a bite of something sweet.

I wanted to share a variation I made today – White Chocolate Coconut Raspberry fudge!

I used white chocolate chips, full fat coconut milk instead of heavy cream, shredded unsweetened coconut instead of nuts, and topped the whole thing with freeze dried raspberries, more shredded coconut, and Maldon flaky sea salt. Delicious and pretty!

PS: Pro tip – brown your butter! I discovered this by accident and it tastes DIVINE.

I’ve made this several times, I think it’s the best recipe I’ve found for “real” fudge.

This is a very simple recipe. I add a teaspoon of vanilla or other flavoring. Since the recipe calls for cutting it in smaller pieces so I can eat several pieces. I store it in a ziplock bag in the refrigerator.

Wouldn’t last long enough to freeze in my house!

  15. Oh my goodness! Just made this with Lily’s dark chocolate chips and black walnuts. Best bite I’ve had in months….and I just scraped some out of the pot after freezing the recipe….about a teaspoon full. And yes, I wanted to eat the whole pan full – but refrained. ???? I highly recommend this recipe. I bet it would be scrumptious with a bit of orange zest and pistachios!

  16. Can you correct the link for the sugar free sweetener you use for this recipe? Curious as I’m just going keto/low carb. Thanks!
