So are they 1-5 net carbs???
They are 3 net carbs per serving.
Made this yesterday for our Thanksgiving dessert. Everyone loved it, not a piece leftover. Thank you Jennifer
I’ve made this recipe several times and love how delicious and simple it is. I cut mine into 16 pieces instead of 12 and this is plenty for when I want a bite of something sweet.
I wanted to share a variation I made today – White Chocolate Coconut Raspberry fudge!
I used white chocolate chips, full fat coconut milk instead of heavy cream, shredded unsweetened coconut instead of nuts, and topped the whole thing with freeze dried raspberries, more shredded coconut, and Maldon flaky sea salt. Delicious and pretty!
PS: Pro tip – brown your butter! I discovered this by accident and it tastes DIVINE.
Sounds amazing!
This is such a simple recipe and tastes fabulous. I’ve made this several times now and sprinkled sea salt on the top which just adds to this amazing fudge.
Can I use powdered allulose instead of erythritol?
Yes, that will work!
What are the net carbs with nuts? Thanks
Without nuts, how many net carbs? It looks delicious.
1.5 net carbs
Can u sub almond milk for hwc
You could try, it may work
I’ve made this several times, I think it’s the best recipe I’ve found for “real” fudge.
This is a very simple recipe. I add a teaspoon of vanilla or other flavoring. Since the recipe calls for cutting it in smaller pieces so I can eat several pieces. I store it in a ziplock bag in the refrigerator.
This is delicious. Maybe too good????
Can you freeze this fudge? And if so for how long ? Thanks you in advance?
Yes definitely! I would freeze for up to 2 months
Wouldn’t last long enough to freeze in my house!
Oh my goodness! Just made this with Lily’s dark chocolate chips and black walnuts. Best bite I’ve had in months….and I just scraped some out of the pot after freezing the recipe….about a teaspoon full. And yes, I wanted to eat the whole pan full – but refrained. ???? I highly recommend this recipe. I bet it would be scrumptious with a bit of orange zest and pistachios!
Can you correct the link for the sugar free sweetener you use for this recipe? Curious as I’m just going keto/low carb. Thanks!
Sure thing. Thank you for letting me know!
Love this thank u for such awesome recipes …SA
I love chocolate too Jennifer so as soon as I saw this I new I had to make it ! This recipe is so darn easy and so darn good. Creamy and rich just like real fudge. Delicious !!
Do you use milk chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips? Thank you!
Either will work.
Can I use lactose milk instead of heavy cream?
I am not sure if it would set up but you could definitely try it!
