    Keto Takeout Favorites

    Going to a restaurant is a fin experience, but where you're on a keto diet it can be hard to find something on plan.

    And sometimes, you really aren't sure if the food they are serving is full of carbs or not!

    Restaurants are really good at sneaking sugar into their foods, even foods as simple as chicken breast!

    My takeout copycat recipes are family friendly and most can be made in the time it would take to order delivery.
