My Crustless Pizza takes the pizza flavor you love with a keto spin! This easy, one skillet pizza is perfect for busy work weeks or the ultimate meal prep! Family dinner doesn’t have to take alot of time in the kitchen. 30 minutes is all you need to enjoy delicious pizza!
Can I just say wow…this was so dang good and I can’t wait to make it again! I could seriously eat this crustless pizza everyday of the week.
The recipe is perfect for anyone who needs a quick dinner recipe that the whole family will love. Also, if you want to make this 6 portions or even 8 portions, you could serve it with a side salad!
My favorite thing about this recipe is that it is perfect for meal prep. I simply cut it into 4 servings, placed it in to bowls with tight fitting lids, and kept it in the refrigerator. Whenever I wanted lunch, I just popped it in the microwave for a minute and a half.
Some people may ask me why I chose turkey pepperoni for this keto recipe. That is simply because that’s what I had on hand and I didn’t want to buy more pepperoni. You can definitely use real pepperoni, but please keep in mind this will increase the calories.
You may also wonder why I chose breakfast sausage as opposed to Italian sausage for this recipe. That was a personal preference and Italian sausage will work just as well and really drive home that pizza flavor.
Just look at that cheese!

This is amazing. Says makes 4 servings but I would say 6. Adapted it with turkey pepperoni. Added mushrooms, onions, bell pepper and black olives. Make yours however you like it.

WOW!!! So simple and delicious! Satisfies every craving I have for pizza! Used to order Marcos pizza bowels, but won’t have to anymore, this is soooo much better! My husband even raved about it, and it’s not easy to get him excited about a dish! Will be making this often! Thank you for this great recipe!

Love this recipe! I make it a lot, though have forgotten the sauce a few times and it is still yummy! I sometimes add Canadian bacon and less pepperoni to cut some of the fat.

This looks great. My husband loves pizza, he has type 2 diabetes. My problem is, he doesn’t like vegetables. The only ones he likes are green beans, lettuce, cucumber, corn, carrots and green peas. I know carrots, corn and green peas are not ok on keto. Any suggestions. He will eat olives.
Charlotte says
My partner did not eat veggies either when we got together so I slowly introduced him to roasted potatoes then roasted potatoes and carrots then slowly added in Brussels sprouts with bacon and Parmesan and just kept adding them always with bacon crumbles. I made Cobb salads that he loves. It’s tricky getting them to eat veggies. He now eats everything I make keto. He still likes his potatoes noodles and sugar though. I’m working on that. This has taken about 5 years. It won’t happen overnight.

I have made this many ways and it is simply amazing
