Notes

PORK TENDERLOIN: This recipe is written for pork tenderloin, not pork loin. Pork tenderloin is a smaller, more tender cut that usually weighs about 1 pound and cooks much faster.
COOK TIME: Most pork tenderloins will cook in 18 to 22 minutes at 400F. The exact time will vary based on thickness and your air fryer model.
INTERNAL TEMPERATURE: For juicy, tender pork, cook to an internal temperature of 145F and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
AIR FRYER SIZE: Make sure the pork tenderloin fits in your air fryer basket without being folded or crowded. Air circulation helps it cook evenly.
STORAGE: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
NO AIR FRYER? Sear the pork tenderloin in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, then transfer to a 400F oven and bake until the internal temperature reaches 145F.
NUTRITION: Nutrition information is calculated using a 1-pound pork tenderloin and is provided as a courtesy. Actual values may vary depending on the size of the pork tenderloin used.
