Soft Keto Sugar Cookies with Cream Cheese Icing

Super Soft Keto Sugar Cookies are made with almond flour and they are drizzled with a delicious cream cheese icing.  These low carb, super soft keto cookies are the perfect treat that even your kids will enjoy!

Pre-heat oven to 350F and line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Combine almond flour, baking soda, powdered sweetener, and salt in a large bowl.

Add in butter and vanilla and beat with an electric mixer until all combined

Scoop out into nine cookies and press with a damp flat bottom cup or measuring cup. Place in refrigerator for five minutes

Bake in a 350 F oven for 10-12 minutes. Cookies will begin to brown on the bottom when they are ready.

Make the icing. Drizzle over the cookies after they have cooled.
