Super Soft Keto Sugar Cookies are made with almond flour and they are drizzled with a delicious cream cheese icing. These low carb, super soft keto cookies are the perfect treat that even your kids will enjoy!
This simple keto sugar cookie recipe only uses 5 ingredients and one bowl! Top them with the optional icing and you will never know these are low carb. Even my kids love them!
Lets get started making these cookies!
First things first we need to add our dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl. That would be almond flour, sweetener, baking soda and salt.
Go ahead and add your softened butter and vanilla.
All of the measurements for the ingredients are down in the recipe card.
Beat with an electric mixer until mixed well. You can mix these by hand as well, but a hand mixer works better, of course.
Your batter will be thick like this...
Next, scoop out into nine even sized cookies and press with a damp flat bottom cup or measuring cup. We dampened the bottom of the cup so the batter doesn't stick. You want the bottom of the cup to be completely flat.
Like this...
Place into the refrigerator for five minutes to firm up. These are going to be so good!
Bake in the oven at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cookies will begin to brown on the bottom when they are ready. Smells so good!
For the final step... Who doesn't love cream cheese icing on their sugar cookies?
Take all your icing ingredients, put in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
Making sure it will be thin enough to drizzle.
You may need to add more heavy cream to get the proper consistency.
Drizzle over your cookies and enjoy the sweet treat!

- ⅓ cup sugar free powdered sweetener
- ½ cup Softened butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Pinch of salt
For icing
- ⅓ cup sugar free powdered sweetener
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Heavy cream
- 2 ounces Softened cream cheese
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350F and line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
- Combine almond flour, baking soda, powdered sweetener, and salt in a large bowl
- Add in butter and vanilla and beat with an electric mixer until all combined
- Scoop out into nine cookies and press with a damp flat bottom cup or measuring cup.
- Place in refrigerator for five minutes
- Bake in a 350 F oven for 10-12 minutes. Cookies will begin to brown on the bottom when they are ready.
For the icing
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well until smooth. You want the mixture to be thin enough to drizzle. Add more heavy cream if necessary to achieve proper consistency.
- Drizzle over the cookies after they have cooled.

I made these today, sooooooo good! I was unsure about my drizzling skills, so I left the icing a little thicker. I dropped the icing onto the center of each cookie and flattened it with the spoon. It looked pretty and was delicious. The icing is incredible.
Carol says
These cookies were delicious. Lordy. So good.
My macros came out a little higher (without the icing) I'm guessing it's because I used land o' lakes unsalted butter?Or maybe because I used the Walmart Brand of Almond Flour? Not sure. But definitely delicious.
jenniferbanz says
It is probably from the almond flour. Be sure to subtract out the erythritol for net carbs!
Reyanna says
Hello! Are the cookie macros for the icing being drizzled? I ask because I totally missed the drizzle instruction and just used up all the glaze by fully glazing each cookie ?
Also, thank you! This is the first recipe of yours that I have tried but others are on the list!!
jenniferbanz says
Yes, the macros include the icing.
