This low carb dressing is easily adaptable as a spread or a dip. Just cut back on the water a bit to make it a little thicker. I can see this on eggs, burgers, grilled chicken...OMG my mouth is watering because I want to put this on ALL THE THINGS.
What I love about this avocado cilantro lime dressing is you just dump all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend away. No drizzling a drop of oil at a time until you have the right consistency. Ain't nobody got time for that!
Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing - Low Carb Dressing
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and seeds removed
- ½ cup packed fresh cilantro
- ½ cup Mexican crema or sour cream
- ½ cup water
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- juice of 1 lime
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne
- ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
