    Chicken Florentine Savory Crepe Filling

    Chicken Floretine Savory Crepe Filling is a rich, creamy chicken, mushroom and spinach recipe. Perfect for brunch or dinner and made in just 30 minutes. Pair with my Easy 4 Ingredient Keto Crepes to make this a delicious meal! They're so good, it will be hard to eat just one!

    This rich and creamy Chicken Florentine Savory Crepe Filling is perfect paired with my light Easy 4 Ingredient Keto Crepes!

    Let's get started!

    HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN FLORENTINE SAVORY CREPE FILLING

    Start with heating the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Cook your onions and mushrooms until they are soft (about 8 minutes).

    Add in the diced chicken thighs and continue to cook until the chicken is cooked through.

    This should take another 10 minutes.

    Now let's add in your spinach and cook until it is completely thawed.

    Now you can add in the chicken broth, heavy cream and xanthan gum.

    Bring to boil and stir until thickened.

    Serve inside your favorite crepes!

    Ingredients

    • 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
    • 4 Boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
    • ½ Onion, diced
    • 8 Ounces Sliced Baby Bella mushrooms
    • 6 Ounces Package frozen chopped spinach
    • ½ Cup Chicken Broth
    • 1 Cup Heavy cream
    • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
    • 8 Crepes
    • Kosher salt and pepper to taste

    Method

      Why xanthum gum in the filling?

      5 stars
      Didn't have chicken thighs so I used ground chicken. Used half the mix with crepes, the other half over your cauliflower lime pesto rice. Both got rave reviews.
