HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN FLORENTINE SAVORY CREPE FILLING
Start with heating the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook your onions and mushrooms until they are soft (about 8 minutes).
Add in the diced chicken thighs and continue to cook until the chicken is cooked through.
This should take another 10 minutes.
Now let's add in your spinach and cook until it is completely thawed.
Now you can add in the chicken broth, heavy cream and xanthan gum.
Bring to boil and stir until thickened.
Serve inside your favorite crepes!

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
- ½ Onion, diced
- 8 Ounces Sliced Baby Bella mushrooms
- 6 Ounces Package frozen chopped spinach
- ½ Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Heavy cream
- ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
- 8 Crepes
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
