KETO 7 LAYER DIP IN A CASSEROLE

I love this recipe not only for an appetizer served with pork rinds or keto friendly tortilla chips, but also as a meal prep taco bowl.

I make the whole thing at the beginning of the week and I have lunch all week long.

The recipe is perfect for picnics or BBQ's because it is loved by everyone, even those who aren't doing keto.

The layers are super easy.  Just make your taco beef, make it your first layer, then layer the rest on top.

Hummus is a great sub for refried beans in this dish.
