If you don’t see it in a minute or two:
• Check your spam or promotions folder

Step 2: Download Your Workout Guide
Your email will also include your 5-Day Strength Reset Workout Guide with the checklist for each day.
Print it out or keep it on your phone so you can track your progress during the challenge.
Step 3: Start Today
Your first workout takes about 25–30 minutes and is designed to help you build your foundation safely.
