    Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound ground beef
    • ½ pound bacon cooked and crumbled
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 large egg
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
    • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
    • ½ cup sugar free BBQ sauce

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bacon, cheese, egg, and seasonings. Mix well with your hands.
    3. Turn the meat out onto prepared baking sheet and, with clean hands, form it into a 9x5 inch loaf shape.
    4. Bake the meatloaf for 40 minutes, then remove from the oven and top with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
