Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar free BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bacon, cheese, egg, and seasonings. Mix well with your hands.
  • Turn the meat out onto prepared baking sheet and, with clean hands, form it into a 9×5 inch loaf shape.
  • Bake the meatloaf for 40 minutes, then remove from the oven and top with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
