You will get a kick out of this super easy, full of flavor, buffalo chicken wrap! Perfectly seasoned chicken coated in a zesty buffalo sauce, topped with simple ingredients. Finish it with blue cheese dressing and you will have the perfect meal prep!

I swoon over this buffalo chicken wrap and I cannot wait to make it again.  I like to use a lite blue cheese dressing but you can also use my recipe for keto blue cheese dressing.

    assembling buffalo chicken wraps

Yes, I use and love low carb tortillas.  I think they are a great product as the let me and my family have a wrap, like this buffalo chicken wrap, without the carb hangover.  The wraps that I use are La Banderita and each wrap is only 45 calories.

I've used them to make tortilla chips, oven baked quesadillas, keto chicken enchiladas, and chicken tacos.

    The best buffalo chicken

This chicken is the best because we season it generously before cooking and then coat it in yummy buffalo sauce.  The seasoning is so good and includes smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, oregano, and onion powder.  It really packs a punch.

The seasoning is perfect for anytime you want to make chicken taste absolutely delicious!

    Recipe Tips and Notes

    • Here are the tortillas I use: https://amzn.to/35yH8QT
    • I like to use a light blue cheese dressing that is 80 calories per serving.  I recommend Lite House Lite Blue Cheese Dressing.
    • Romaine is a great lettuce for saucy wraps as it stays pretty crisp.
    • The nutrition includes everything you need to make a buffalo chicken wrap!  That is the La Banderita tortilla, the cheddar cheese, Lite blue cheese dressing, and romaine
