8Â Boneless skinless chicken thighs - this cut of chicken without the skin or bones is going to cook the quickest. If you have bone-in chicken thighs, make my crispy chicken thighs instead!
1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika - I love the flavor of smoked paprika in this spice blend. You can also use just regular paprika if you cannot find the smoked.
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
¾ teaspoon Kosher salt
¾ teaspoon Oregano
¾ teaspoon onion powder
Pepper to taste

The seasoning quantity seems a bit skimpy for 8 thighs. How are you spreading 3/4 tsp onion powder 8 ways?
Jennifer Banz says
I and several others have made the recipe with the seasoning and found it plenty. If you want, you are welcome to double it.
