These are the best keto biscuits! I packed them with garlic and cheddar flavor and they are super easy to make using almond flour. Pair them with delicious bacon butter!
These Keto Cheddar Biscuits are so easy to make! They are the perfect weekend breakfast treat for the whole family. You can serve them with some keto sausage gravy or with the bacon butter that I will show you how to whip up in a jiffy.
The flavor of these biscuits are like the ones from Red Lobster. So much garlic and cheddar flavor! The bacon butter just puts them over the top.
How to make keto biscuits with almond flour
To get started, we mix all of our dry ingredients together in a bowl, then mix all of our wet ingredients in a bowl. The wet ingredients includes the cheese.
Now we mix the two together to form our dough.
This recipe uses almond flour. I also have a biscuit recipe using coconut flour here: Keto Coconut Flour Biscuits
Now that our dough is ready, we can scoop it out into portions on a lined baking sheet. I like to use a 2 tablespoon scoop for this.
This keto cheddar biscuit recipe makes 9 biscuits.
I like to flatten the tops of the biscuits a little so they cook evenly.
Now we bake them in the oven and make our bacon butter!
What could be better than bacon mixed with butter? I'm not sure if anything could be!
HOW TO MAKE BACON BUTTER
This process is so easy, you will be making bacon butter all of the time!
The first thing we do is cook and crumble 4 slices of bacon.
Then we add 1 stick of sliced butter and the bacon to a food processor.
Now all we do is pulse it until the bacon and butter combine! You can make it as chunky or as smooth as you want. I like mine to be chunky.
No we take our keto biscuits out of the oven, slice one open, and top with bacon butter. DELICIOUS!

OH MY GOSH, Jennifer! You have just saved my life! I just literally took my last bite of these fresh baked biscuits. I made a sausage breakfast sandwich with one and I was stunned by how delicious it was!
So many breakfast recipes for Keto just are not suitable for me and my schedule, but prepping these biscuits on weekends and setting them up for a quick grab as a breakfast sandwich to toss in the microwave when I get to work is going to be PERFECT for me.
I will certainly be enjoying them with other dishes as well. But THANK YOU so much. I am in love with so many of your recipes, especially the breads and desserts, which was and always has been the hardest part of KETO for me.

I just made these this weekend and made an excellent sandwich with them! Definitely a favorite from here on in! Loved the biscuits!

This is my go to Keto biscuit recipe and I have tried many. It's the perfect combination of cheddar and garlic. I make small ones to use as dinner biscuits and larger ones to use as buns for hamburger or BBQ pork. I like all of your recipes so far but this is my favorite.

1. LOVE your recipes and seeing your weight loss in the videos is inspiring.
2. I made these but made them into squares like bread, cut in half and used for a sandwich. It came out sooo good.
Keep up the GREAT WORK.

Can I leave the cheese and garlic out to make just a basic body?
jenniferbanz says
The recipe really needs the cheese for bulk

I just made these this afternoon... Wonderful! I Highly recommend this recipe. I make keto "breadsticks", but they aren't near as "non keto" texture as these biscuits! You've hooked me. I'm totally trying more of your recipes! Thanks very much!

Hi Jennifer, I love your recipes. This one is another hit, and I'll be making them often. One thing though, the directions say to use a 2 tablespoon scoop, so that's what I used. No wonder the made much more than 9, lol.

My blender made me straight up bacon juice lmao

That's a high powdered blender! I would recommend a food processor

Excellent!
I omitted the garlic powder and added 1/2 can (2 oz.) of diced jalapeno peppers. My husband loved them and I was thrilled to be able to serve him a "bread" that kept is diet and blood glucose in bounds. Thank you Jennifer
Lynn says
If I wanted to just use regular flour and make these, but non-keto, would I use an equal amount to the almond flour? Thank you!
jenniferbanz says
Honestly, you may want to find another recipe. They are not interchangeable.

Could you please weigh your Almond flour you use in ounces or grams and post the weight here or email me so I know I’m using the correct amount. Thanks!

I made these last week and my husband really liked them. That is amazing because he does not like the taste of almond flour. I added some jalapeno flakes to the recipe because we like things spiced up a bit.
