I love having this keto shopping list on my phone when I go to the grocery store or when I’m planning meals. When I first started researching low carb diets like Paleo, I was seriously turned on my head because I was now learning fat is good, meat is good, and vegetable oils and whole wheat are bad…so I was really lost when it came to the grocery store!

My list is definitely not comprehensive because that would be a very long and overwhelming list! I tried to put things on the list that are easy to find in most grocery stores. I am not a grassfed beef and organic this and that kind of girl, but if you are, then go for it! I do buy some things organic, like fruit that my kids eat, but that’s about it.

You may think that you need to go out and buy all of the things on this keto shopping list immediately but please don’t! You can slowly build your pantry with keto foods so it isn’t a big hit to the budget. I would recommend picking a few easy recipes, like my Baked Chicken Thighs and my easy Low Carb Bread so you don’t have a lot of ingredients to buy and use some ingredients that you already have on hand. Eventually you will have a stocked pantry!
